Ridiculous

Who posted this sh*t for f**k’s sake can we all leave the man alone, he is going through his own stuff, and people just crucify him 24/7 the majority of you are a disgrace….benji has given me more love for the game then anyone ever has or will, he has handed us a premiership in 2005 and whether you like it or not he is a legend of the game and the club whilst it may have ended in controversial and acromonial circumstances he at least deserves basic respect for his service to both the club and the game, as an inspiration to millions and idol to kids…People used to ask two questions after a tigers game - result and how did benji play. Today i was at the scg and is the 2nd game ive been to this season having attended the parra match a few weeks ago…Benji was solid, looking to get involved some great darts from dummy half and a wonderful run to set up anasta in the first half, reasonably solid defense and only one error during a play the ball from dummy half. How can you people to dig in the spurs when he has played well, seriously give credit where it is due…
I attended todays match for two key reasons:
To watch the birth of a new legend and to pay my respects to an outgoing legend, and quite simply both of them (particuarly brooks) were excellent today. Everytime benji touched the ball i was excited and cheering him on…i myself have criticised him this season but only where it was due. He played well, he tried his ass off and i genuinely believe him when he says this is a sad departure for him. Threads like this especially the comments contained within are disgraceful and incredibly ill timed.
I probably wont be able to attend the match next week but when i watch it on tv i will be standing up the moment marshall appears on my screen out of respect for a man who has played 200 games for our wonderful club and has given us highs no other player was or ever will be capable of. Freedom of expression sure, but criticism should be warranted. Benji 2013 has been rather dismal but today he was good and during his tenure with this club id love someone to tell me we would have achieved anything without him (maybe some finals appearances but a premiership NO) END RANT

Terrible rant. Most people would agree Benji played very well today. But in previous games this season he has been atrocious. Some of his actions on and off the field have been unprofessional and poor to the fans.
I think Sheens has screwed him around on field and his awful manager has screwed him around off field.

If you are talking about a thread made by someone after the game today i haven’t seen it. Because he has been woeful lately…… (Before today’s game) So if some one did make a thread about the game’s before today’s game i don’t think they would be ‘‘incredibly ill timed’’
