Murray and Cerruto dropped …interesting

2’— Souths try. Hedges kicks early in the count and finds space on the wing for Ellison, who scores out wide. 4-0, KTC.

4’— Hedges converts from the sideline. Souths lead 6-0 early.

10’— First penalty of the day for us which helps us work out of our end now. Souths lead the penalty count 5-1 so far.

The Muppets filter down all the way to NYC …I see

21’— Brilliant swerving run from Liddle and he puts us on the attack! Good chance to hit back here, starting 20m out.

And Then…

22’— Another chance just goes begging for our boys as Felise loses the ball trying to score. Touch more composure needed here.

31’— Souths try. Goolagong juggles it through the defensive line, not ruled a knock-on, & Souths have their second. 10-0,

33’— Hedges converts. Souths now lead 12-0

38’— Big effort in the tackle from Felise and he draws the error. We’ll have a scrum 10m out, down 12-0.

We have been woeful in attack

49’ - TRY for South Sydney hooker Aaron Booth. Converted and that makes it 18-0

Why the hell was Mason Cerruto dropped?!

18-12

@MacDougall:

Why the hell was Mason Cerruto dropped?!

A second year player - Alofi - is back from injury. Makes sense he would edge out the younger Cerruto.

55’ - TRY TIME! We hit back through Ryland Jacobs on the left edge and it’s now 18-4 KTC

62’ - TRY to Esan Marsters who barges his way through the South Sydney defence! Levido adds the kick and their lead is cut to 18-12

64’ - TRY!!! Watson Heleta continues the great comeback here, slicing his way through on the left edge 18-16 kick missed

20-18 to us.
