Today was the first game that I can remember, that we scored on both the half time and full time buzzer. It was also Sheens’ 300th win, and the first time we kept a team scoreless in a half this year. Any other milestones?

No ‘‘bag fitzy’’ threads despite him being in the 17?

Yeah I spent a whole afternoon drinking VB - the worlds very worst beer - and lived to tell the tale.

Seriously though, scoring at the death before half time had a lot to do with the win today. Raiders panicked afterwards. The one on the bell was pretty cool as well…I’m surprised no-one has mentioned how well Beau did to get the ball down after being absolutley poleaxed on the line lol.

Beau seems to be more indestructible and flexible then Gumby. I was surprised he got straight up afterwards.

I seem to remember 9 nil against Parra last week at half time……and Manly scoring 2 in the second half after they last scored in the 25th minute of the first half…maybe wrong…

Is it the first time a Wests Tigers player has attempted a penalty goal from halfway? I can’t recall any other occasions, maybe Luke Covell when he played at the Tigers?
