Western Suburbs Magpies Intrust Super Premiership Coach Brett Hodgson has named his side to take on the Wentworthville Magpies on Easter Monday.

Kickoff for the match is at 1:45pm AEDT at ANZ Stadium, prior to the NRL match.

After a heartbreaking 23-22 loss to the Wyong Roos in Round 3 that saw Western Suburbs record their first defeat of the season, Hodgson has named a strong side as they look to bounce back against Wentworthville, who come in to the match off the back of consecutive defeats to Blacktown Workers and Newcastle.

Thats a serious State Cup forward pack.

Interesting that Gamble is named but Lolohea is not…

You would expect both to play should Benji be fit for FG…they still well may…

Smash the fake Pies…boys

Good side - hope they bounce back

A few ex wests boys in that team, we should really account for them easy.

Strong pack and decent side. Need to bounce back this week.

Lol taumato is still kicking?

Lol taumato is still kicking?

Right?!! Maybe he’s had a Marshall-like spell of maturity.

He must have been in over half the NRL systems by now.

Is this on TV?

Fox League Ch 502…

Good line-up boys. Should get up fairly easily I would imagine, set the benchmark and fire up the NRL side.

Concerned with the fact JJ is still on the bench , any issues we may need to know about ??

Same as last week. Our lineup is of course much stronger, depends on the attitude of the boys though.

JJ is doing fine happy. A victim of our depth but hopefully he sticks it out.

I find the squad just too prop heavy though. 5 props in the 17, but when you’ve got the quality and experience of Grant, Sue and Felise having Ratu and Epere, who both seem very solid props at this level, means that our boys aren’t getting the game time they deserve.

There are 3 80 minute back rowers though to be fair. But we could use more impact in the rotations.
