Captaincy

When Cleary announced five captains back in February, he partly put it down to the fact that no one had truly stood up. I think we can now safely say that somebody has. As great as ET and Rowdy are, they pale in comparison to Packer as leaders. Packer is the man. Long term he should have the role all to himself.

Lawrence for me…

Packer is the leader of the Pack but only plays 40-50mins a game…

Be interesting to see what he does in 2019

For me Rowdy and Packer inspire me the most

The other leaders can have an esky each and lead the team song

I would not have said it a year or so ago, but his form and other attributes make it a clear choice. Chris Lawrence, clubman extraordinaire.

Lawrence should of been captain before woods

Packer has quickly become a fan favourite too. Hard to split him and Rowdy. I would be lying if i didn’t say ive been pleasantly surprised by the passion and drive Packer has shown as a WT. He certainly enjoyed himself the other night and i think we all enjoyed seeing that. I think your right Gunners, no arguments from me.

Cut the 5 to 2

Lawrence and Packer.

Packer ©Lawrence (VC) easy decision.

Why fix what ain’t broke? Current leadership model is working. Keep it going I reckon
