    It’s implying that Freeman was the Tigers last quality number 7.

    Yep, Scott Prince MOM in the GF. We went downhill when he left.

    Maybe the author was implying Whiz was the last quality #7 blooded by Tigers; obviously Scott Prince played a number of years before we signed him.
