Interesting news

The news keeps getting worse for poor old Manly.
Wayne Lambkin, who coached the young Sea Eagles to an upset grand final win in the NYC last season, is set to quit the club.

One of the most respected coaches in the junior grades, Lambkin is poised to link up with Wests Tigers.
Lambkin has a link to Westfield Sports High School - one of the best junior nurseries in the game - and those elite kids will now go the Tigers instead of Manly.

Great news we are gaining pathways like this instead of losing them (ala Keebra Park)

This makes me very happy. if he can clinch a deal with Westfield Sports High that would be fantastic.

Great news if it does eventuate.

An old magpie on board. Hopefully this provides a good pathway.

Great news if it comes through but we need to link the pathway to the club and not to Lambkin so that it is a long term advantage for the club.

Now that sounds like some real positive news

lol he was my Geography teacher in the early 90’s at Westfields awesome bloke .

Hopefully he may bring Marty with him?

As Gallagher said, it’s always great when a Magpie comes home to roost!
He gave everything as a young prop back in his day / and now has a great reputation as a coach bringing young ones on.

Nothing to turn your nose up at.
Good luck to him in his new role.
A welcome addition.

Cant go past great connections
