too early for that call
I hope your right. Unlike Robbie Benji is way past his prime and really didn’t have much positive input against the warriors.

Whats best for the team, not best for the bloke.
Doesn’t matter if he is playing his old club - he needs to be picked on merit and be part of the best 17 we can throw out there this weekend.
I understand that it would be reminiscent and in some parts expected that Grub plays against his old club, but that on its own is not a good enough reason.
I dont care who plays 1 to 13 as long as the bench remains how it is. its the best and most balanced bench we have had since the early/good Potter days
Anyone notice in the pics of the game vs Warriors how much Esan Marsters has slimmed down? He was so stocky last year. Now he is lean as. Glad that the coaching staff has done that. He’ll be way more lethal.

No way Fonua gets dropped for Nofoaluma

Why change a winning side? Fonua is doing fine out on the wing even if he isn’t scoring crazy tries or anything he still defends better than Nofoaluma.

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Agree with your summarization. Keep the same team, although I would still prefer Reynolds over Benji.
Good side Geo however we have to include a sub for the backs. Therefore Chee Cham for the CTW and Matterson for the halves.
Really light on his feet too compared to previous years.

Same can be said for Russell Packer. Look at the game day photos.
He must be 10 to 15kg lighter. Doesn’t look bloated like last year.
