Titans and coach Garth Brennan to part ways

The Gold Coast Titans are parting ways with coach Garth Brennan effective immediately.

The Titans, who sit at the bottom of the ladder after 17 rounds, will begin their search for a new coach, however, the club’s assistant coaches are expected to take over in the meantime alongside Mal Meninga.

An announcement is expected in the next 24 hours. Meninga was due to present his findings from an internal review at a board meeting on Monday morning, however, it appears Brennan and the Titans have agreed to part ways.

The Titans are yet to make an official announcement.

Queensland coach Kevin Walters and St Helens coach Justin Holbrook are the early frontrunners for the job vacated by Brennan’s departure

Not if you live in perth

@Demps

We will fight them for it.

Has a great record as NSW cup coach. We should get him to replace Hodgson

Ash Taylor and Bryce Cartwright - hang your heads in shame

Just get rid of the whole club

I think they have a decent roster on paper, just not performing on the field for Brennan.
