what was interesting is that it’s not considered obstruction if the lead runner is in a position to catch the ball.

I think what you’ll see with this now is that teams will work with less depth, shorter passes and that the ball runners will be taking the ball as close to the defensive line as possible.

For us, our halves need to start taking the line on. One thing we are lacking is a forward who is a ball player. I’d be inclined to move twal back to prop and Elijay back in the lock position.

I feel the smaller, skilful and mobile forwards will start to come back a bit.
