The number of games Lote has played in union and league since November last year! What a great player he has been for us the scary thing is i think he will be better again next season with a relax and a full offseason under is belt! What a great player considering his work load! :wahoo:

Fantastic buy and one that really showed the ambitions of the club.

Even after we signed him I was in awe that we managed to get him, it didn’t sink in until he actually ran out in our first match and scored.

He will be better next year with a full off season under his belt.

He has been a great player for us this year, he has my deepest sympathy having broken ribs, hope he is on good painkillers.

This guy is a legend and after one year you could already tell will be remembered as one of the Wests Tigers best ever players. Since he has come to this club he has been a complete proffesional on and off the feild. He had many doubters that thought he was bought prodominately as a marketing tool but has proved to be so much more. I dont think that without his influence and contribution to the team that we would have gone as far as we did this year. Hes a champion!

I guess that with the injured ribs he’ll be no chance for the Four Nations, considering that he came straight from Northern Hemisphere Rugby to the NRL with little lead in time he has had a stellar year.
My only complaints were that Lote probably tried to get too involved often taking the ball up in place of a forward and that he was caught out in defence more times than Beau Knows.
What I really want to see from Lote in 2011 is a return to the Larry Corowa days when all a winger had to do is be there on the end of the backline to cross over in the corner, aah, the game has changed hasn’t it, and not for the better.
