Hey guys, couldn’t find a thread about gardening so decided to create one coz I have a question.
How to get rid of path weeds ?
My driveway has soo many weeds, it’s not funny and I bought this chemical to get rid of 'em from Bunnings but still can’t get rid of em. Any help is much appreciated
Also, feel free to ask any questions or tips about any sort of gardening/ backyard maintenance anything.
Thanks again.

Round up is the best for weeds but anything with Gylsophate as the active ingredient. Just mix it up as per directions in a 5 litre sprayer and go for it. Make sure it’s not too windy while you are spraying though.
Once the weeds are dead you can buy another product which will stop more weeds coming back as much, it’s called Ronstar and it’s a granular product you just sprinkle and sweep it into the gaps of pavers etc and it lasts a while.
Also with round up add a bit more to the sprayer for a quicker kill.
Good luck -
Hey thanks for the idea but the weeds are on the path, so do I just rip 'em out or when I spray the chemical they will disappear themselves?
Thanks again mate!

Let them die off before ripping them up so the weed killer can get to the roots.
The weed killer will make them die and then you can remove the dead weeds.

If you have one of those Butane burner things you could just hit them with that, probably be more environmentally friendly rather than using poison to ruin then environs, think Green, save the Planet!.

Round up is safe as, Burning them off will just add more CO2 to the atmosphere….lol.

Wow! I was gonna try that today but was too lazy to do it.
Good ideas guys. Also, I dont have a butane burner but how is it environmentally safe?

You could get TLL to come over and pull them out by hand….
Most efficient and environmentally freindly way…
