The recent signing of Dane Chisholm is an interesting one. He looks a classy young player at age 21 and will put pressure on Moltzen at 1 and Miller at 7. He looks a good back up for Benji at 6 too. Very nice running game and can put a player through a hole.
This is just going off what ive seen from his highlights package, so if anyone else can tell us more about him that would be appreciated.
But our depth once again around key positions exceeds onther clubs. 1, 6, and 7 are well coverd by Moltzen, Brown, Humble, Tedesco, Benji, Sironen, Miller and now Chisholm. Not many clubs have so many options, obviously the key for us is making sure whoever plays 7 is up to it.

I have never heard of him,but I hope he goes alright,I think we should be the real deal next year if we play to our potential.

Has it been confirmed King? I only saw it in a thread yesterday that we had signed him but it was a “I heard… rumour”.
I think if we are signing juniors from the Storm it can only be a good thing. They do seem to have the best up and coming stars.

If so he looks like a good one and surely he must be thought of as the Lui replacement given the timing?

Never heard of him. Did he play #1 or #7 for their Toyota Cup side? Assume Storm wanted to keep him but wont get a run with Slater and Cronk there.

He aquitted himself wellish in the QLD cup games I saw. No world beater but looks ok.
I would have Tom Humble ahead of him, and Miller is the X factor, seems to have more ability but is not as far down the development track. -
Only 21 and @ Melb he is behind heaps of stars.

Miller is the real deal…
If he can keep his head he will be great!!
I just think he isn’t quite there yet…
But… I AM hoping!!
… As it stands we don’t even have a second kicker if Benj is out!!

As always we need to remember Miller doesn’t turn 20 until August next year. He just needs to be carefully managed and he can be our halfback for a long time

I’d like to see the club stick with Miller…It could be that Chisholm has been brought in to fill Millers spot in NYC.

Good depth, good versatility, decent defence from the highlights reel and a good turn of speed. I fail to see any negatives in this.
