Thanks for letting us know CB! Will definitely try to get down to get the book signed. Hopefully this isn’t the first and last book he’ll have!

I find it amusing to think that so many WTForum addicts are in the same area, book signing lines, games etc without ever knowing…
Probably time to revisit this in another thread.
I will prob be at george street on the 30th…

Posted using RoarFEEDFantastic, getting the old boy a copy too for xmas, was hoping they’d let you get more than one copy signed per person.

Saw a guy come well prepared he got 5 books signed plus 5 football cards. I think it depends on how long the line is and maybe if time permits etc

Benji was really accommodating. I went to the George street signing today and their would have been about 200 people. Benji was great, taking time to shake everyone’s hand, have a few words and asked what u wanted written in your book. I even played a prank on him by giving him Darren Lockyers book to sign instead of his and he laughed his ass off. Definitely worth going if u have the book or want to buy it and have it personalized.

Posted using RoarFEEDIt was the same at Penrith last night TigerDave. I spent 2 hrs waiting in line to get 2 books and a jersey signed and as you said Benji was very accommodating . He took the time to have a quick chat, take a couple of photos with every person wanting one and sign as many items as we wanted. I was one of the last in line and the way he greeted me and my kids was the same as if we were first in line. I have met him several times and each time I am very impressed with the way he always has time to chat with the kids.

There are a few autographed copies left at Dymocks, Burwood Westfield for any one who missed the signing. It has Benji’s signature and #6, though you could take his book to the next fan day if you want a more personalised message.

You poor bugger B&W! I was in and out in 30 minutes after Benji got there (I was waiting before 5pm in the line.) Benji was great though. He took time with everyone, he made the effort with anyone who wanted a photo, had a quick chat with most people and was very courteous. He goes the extra mile for the kids too, I’ve never seen so many happy children in one place.

Yeah the Penrith Signing was a good one. Got in line at about 4.30 and Benji was so patient and would sign anything for the kids. Had a big family in front of my with about 4 or 5 kids and Benji spoke to each one, signed their jerseys and books and overall looked like he was having a good time!

I manage a shopping centre with a book shop. I wonder how hard it would be to get Benji to do a book signing down here ? A lot of Tigers fans south of the city …
