If its true that we have signed a quality 7 already how will Miller and Chisholm feel about that and how will that effect our on field performances for 2012 ??

Yeah I know I am all about giving juniors a go…I would prefer our juniors get a chance 1st…Miller has been training the house down…I am just relaying the message from one of the coaching staff.
If we keep getting players from outside our district then that will only mean our juniors will end up looking elsewhere.

Does anyone know which top shelf halfbacks are on the open market for 2013? Doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense to me given the Tigers have Miller, Chisholm, Moltzen, Humble…Unless of course they’re going to give them all a heshian bag in 12 months time.

theres basically foran, wallace and cronk are the only ones that someone would sign a season early

Cronk was the first person that popped into my head. Pretty unrealistic though? Unless the pull of the Aussie coach helped?

Don’t forget Lote is off contract at the end of 2012, and he’s on about 350K if i’m not mistaken. Now, hyperthetically if Lote and two others from the 2012 squad who are were on minium contracts moved on, that would leave around 500K. The first player that jumped into my head was Cronk, but i think its pretty unrealistic to think we’d able to attract him. Peter Wallace seems like a more realistic chance. And no way would he command 500K. He’d be lucky to command half of that

Can’t see Wallace or Cronk going anywhere quickly Rumour up this way is saying he will get first crack at Lockyer No 6 jersey Cronk will stay a one club man unless Bellamy leaves Melbourne
