Pictures can tell a lot of different stories if taken at the right time. It does look as though he wasn’t training though so will be interesting to find out why. I can’t see any bandaging or the like so maybe just a little niggle
-
Yeh another bloke in thongs & brown shorts 2nd pic same deal
Good to see the boys in BLUE though
-
Maybe no one was really training at the time, as everything may have been being prepared, and these are the photos that they have decided to put up.
I’m sure we’re many photos taken on the day and it could be purely coincidental that that’s the impression we get from these selected photos…
I could be wrong, but it’s a possibility…

Ayshford looks to have put on a lot of size as was suggested earlier on the website. He looks a lot bigger than last year. Lets just hope he still has some pace.
And from what i’ve seen on the photos of the pre season training Moltzen does look a bit bigger around the arms and shoulders too. -
Yeah agreed Moltz and Ayshford look considerably bigger, Ayshford has appeared to be very wirely the past few season but looks much stockier, Molts too. And Woods is just massive as always…it can only do wonders for the boys coming into 2012 being surrounded by such high caliber company both past and present and will no doubt give them that hunger to strive to higher levels in their game. Great work by Stuart to get this up and running for all concerened.

If he wasn’t training he wouldn’t have been there

On ten news they showed Moltzen being tackled by 2 st george players. I think it was hunt & Merrin.

Its a squad…a prelim bonding thing moreso than pre game training…its to give the guys something to work towards…there was dinner and motivational talks later
“The players will enter camp with Blues Origin Legends Glen Lazarus and Steven Roach next Friday at Coogee for a weekend of skills sessions, lectures and team building activities.” -

It makes him feel part of the squad
Same for Tariq Sims…moreso than sitting elsewhere apart from them, out of the rain feeling excluded.

Maybe we’ve (Qld) found a loophole and he was just down there to let the NSW hierachy know now he is Qlder
Seriously though he may have a minor injury and was just wanting to be there for the experience and to show he is keen to wear the Blues jersey
He may not know all the members of the squad personally and may also be meeting those players

I wonder what was being discussed here……
AW: Fancy a game of park cricket following training boys…no ring ins though
