There are players that are ‘Struggling’ with Madges approach.

They will be managed out as the club is behind the coach and not the sooks.

• No line speed in defence
• No shoulders in contact
• No depth in attack

Nothing to do with coaching or ability. Everything to do with attitude.

Didnt allude to staying, but I get the sense he’s happy being at our club.

Actually spoke to him in person after the event. Such is the character of the kid he came up and introduced himself (Very humble dude). Wasnt cagey, just genuinely didnt know what he was doing.

I told him there’s an entire fan base that would love him to stay.

The pom, while not an employee of the club IS a very reliable source of info.

Stand up person and extremely passionate about the club.

The club had given Benji the opportunity to ‘Go out on his terms’ - with the expectation that Benji saves face and retires.

Benji has just made this into a circus… The club will stick solid with Madge.

My advice to all us fans, buckle in as its gonna get rough. BUT we need to trust Madge and the process.

Don’t get the hysteria.

1. The guy gets an extension/upgrade offered to him from his current club

2. Before he commits, asks if he can test his value (More from a perspective of ensuring his deal is on market terms)

3. Tigers court him and offer a formal deal

4. Latrell, with an expected loyalty to his existing club is not in a rush to jump ship

5. Latrell expects to go back to Roosters, his club to discuss his offer

6. Roosters advise him that they have moved on

Present day - Latrell is coming to grips that his future is not at the Roosters and will now work out what his future is.

Our fans expected him to jump ship the moment we offered more money. Yet if one of our players did the same, we’d be furious.

Moral of the story, nothing to get hysterical over. We’ve played our hand well and Latrell hasn’t done anything wrong with how this has played out.

Don’t discount the importance of Liddle’s passes off the deck. Flat and fast.

Luke owned the closing exchanges and Harry was a vital link man.

EJ is a great young man, who previously split his time training with Para and working at Giant Steps in Gladesville as a class aid supporting kids with Autism.

@Madge Young kid by the name of Jordan Hill. Finishes up year 12 at Holy Cross this year and has been signed for the next 2 seasons to Fleggs.

Plays First Grade AFL, touch for the roosters but will focus on league from Nov this year.

Winger, speed to burn but most importantly he is a quality young bloke.

And how can your source confirm this? If it’s true - Madge won’t see out the season. We’ve all seen what happens when a coach loses the dressing room.

I don’t buy the fact that Madge is responsible for these nuffies not showing any line speed in defence on a weekly basis. Either they don’t care or they’re not up to it. Every first grader out there should know how to defend yet our mob consistently stuff it up with great aplomb.

Haven’t heard anything about player/coach issues. Was specifically told that on-field performance is in stark contrast to intensity at training (stating the obvious). But means they are switching on and listening at training, but not translating to game day.

Was told that Nofa might have something going on life wise away from footy - could have been just a throw away, so take it with a grain of salt.
