@innsaneink:

Its sad after 15 years they have to ask us to unite

Very sad indeed. Won’t happen until we are rid of crap such as “orange free zone” and the like.

Have a feeling this match is going to bring a few of us back down to earth.

Hopefully gravity gets to do its work plenty of times Axel (to copy AHX), upon myself and other WT supporters leaping from our seats to celebrate. We may not win, but our forwards should be able to get us there or thereabouts.

Without the severe injuries that hampered him, there be no need for this discussion as James would be the NSW (and Aus) fullback. His all round game at career stage is as good any that I have seen in my nearly fifty years, regardless of the colours he wears.

I understand completely. It is not that Ink said the side had a dreadful eighty, as we created limited opportunities throughout, just executed poorly for most of the match.

We were treading water for a long period last night, steady, but lacking real go forward with our three centre forwards on the bench. We lose too much with all of them resting for mine, and would much rather have Taupau coming off the bench to keep the momentum going. Lodge may be able to fill the role later, but is not there yet as a metre eater.

No point crying over spilt milk, especially when the former player was tipping it out of the bottle. Koro is gone for a number of reasons as Geo alluded to, one being that he simply did not want to be here any longer, hell, he had to be virtually dragged back from Fiji to train before the trials last year.

Time to move on, just like it was for him.

Reddy pays his way.

@Cosimo_Zaretti:

The game is listed as a 7PM kickoff? Is that time actually correct? Trying to suss out whether I can get to Campbelltown and back before work, or if I should watch this one on TV.

The Fox televised games are fairly punctual.

@turnstyle:

as for the foxtel issue, im in perth so id get to see barely any tigers games without it. as it is, i rarely watch FTA anyway and “obtain” any movies i want to see by other means…and now they have the F1 so im very happy!

Another partial loss for FTA, but I did watch the British coverage this arvo and at least you can still watch a quarter screen or so during the ads, rather than no picture at all.

Not a fan either. It is certainly a crowd killer as far as I’m concerned. No way am I going to put up with traffic to firstly get home and then head back into it, particularly with packed peak hour trains also not being a practical family alternative afterwards at night.
