Haven’t read through all of the pages, so apologies if these items have been raised.

1. Would the NRL integrity unit consider looking at what has occurred? The NRL should, in my opinion, have some concerns. 3 clubs in contention for the finals (Brisbane, Penrith and Wests) now have uncertainty and speculation around their short-medium term. This will likely impact performances, crowds and gambling revenue.

2. Obviously no one has proof, but has Cleary been encouraged or coerced into breaking contract?

I think you can forget about suburban grounds going forward.

Do we? TV rights holders are now stating a preference for the ground to look full on TV rather than 3/4 empty. Everything that’s old is suddenly new again.

Southern Highlands? Could have a group 6 match as a curtain raiser.

Would like to see Matulino undertake a walk of honour. Not many players get the opportunity to simultaneously wave goodbye to their old club and wave hello to their new club.

Interestingly, depending on results, we could be ranked as high as 12th on defence this season. We haven’t copped a hiding since the Roosters in round 14.

So how many years at a club before your classed as a veteran. It’s an extra 200k we have to spend if we just use it on Lawrences contract.

Woods has been having weekly coffees with the Dogs all season. That’s enough for veteran status.

I agree somewhat. His involvement has improved and his dud plays are sort of declining. That said, many times today he seemed to have no plan and no clue what to do on tackle 6. Even for the match winning try, we got the call on the obstruction play because Luke’s pass to Ted was so poor that he had to stop moving completely to affect the catch.

He is getting better but is miles behind where he should be. Cherry gave him a bath.

I’ve watched that play for the try and I think Chee Kam is slightly late on the run and Brooks is forced to hold up the pass fractionally. That said, holding it up fractionally caused DCE to commit and then try to milk the penalty, giving the space to Tedesco. Thankfully, despite being fractionally late, Chee Kam ran the correct line, just.

Classic example today when the play called for an inside ball to Ted, he failed to notice that the defence read it and commited to it anyway. Ted got hit by 2 guys and spilt the ball. This happens A LOT.

I think Tedesco stuffed that play up.

It’s one thing I noticed yesterday in the second half, Tedesco was more the source of poor last tackle options rather than Brooks and Lolohea. I thought Brooks was very good in the second half, especially the last 15 when he showed patience - never seen us win so many repeat sets.

Barrett applauded our kicking game in the press conference.

Hope so. Have noticed you have a very high opinion of Matulino, haven’t wasted too much time watching the Warriors games this year so wouldn’t know how BM has been going TBH. Hope we get the best out of him and Packer.

And the 153 metres was from just 51 minutes game time too.

Coincidently - Woods 153 metres today in 48 minutes.

Don’t you know Telltails, that stats mean nothing when it comes to assessing Woods’ game.

What are we paying Matulino relative to what the dogs are paying Woods?

Hayne’s best performances are behind him.
