How many times did we have to hear that Nightingale was Rabs favourite player? the whole routine has been done to death. As far fox goes, good to see Sailor given the arse, although never been a fan of Geyer. Always thought of him as a meathead

The Knights looked like they have a lot to work on going off tonight. Looked like they’re been caught up in their own hype. There will be some fun and games if they’re not living up to expectations. Tinkler is ruthless and will let it be known when he’s not happy, regardless of who it is. On Tahu, doesn’t anyone remember what happened the last time he was in Newcastle when playing for Parra? he carried on like a nutcase. Have no idea what value Newcastle see in him. He’s a has-been

DCE is a premiership winning halfback, therefore cancels him out entirely of the arguement you are trying to make. Rookie of the yr and winning a premiership, there isn’t a lot more you can do in your debut season. As far as Lui goes, the period early on last yr when he was injured we realy struggled, and the moment he returned we were a different team. See the Raiders game in Canberra last yr for proof. You say Lui proved nothing, well neither has Moltzen as yet. As for Prince, he’s not getting any younger. While once a great player, in 2011 he was nothing more then a shadow of what he use to be, and considering he’s not getting any younger, can’t see much changing in 2012. While there are a lot of guys who don’t have his experience, at this stage in their careers they are much better options then a broken down, past his prime Scott Prince. There is no way in the world at this stage in his career and after 2011 that he is the second best halfback in the NRL. If he is, then it doesn’t say a lot for the standard of no 7’s in the competition

MacDougall is it a typo that you have Prince rated as the second best halfback in the comp?
