No way he’ll play for NSW.
He is a work in progress.
Mikaeke is better, right now.
As said… 1, 2 years and he’ll be peaking.
Mikaele’s hands are concerning still
That’s true @happy_tiger. He dropped a lot of ball last season. I’m hoping he’s not Burgess like in the long run.
Icehouse and Iva D pick of the night…Aussie version of Bowie
Really? I thought they were God awful after Great Southern Land. I really only wanted to see Queen, Grinspoon and K.D. Lang. Unfortunately, I missed Grinspoon. The other two I thought were terrific.
I like Liddle but there do seem to be real issues regarding his durability. Hope he comes good and realises his potential but if he cops another serious injury, hard to see him having a WT future beyond 2020
I don’t get how people question his durability. I mean, ok, his shoulders may be an issue, but we can hardly suggest that the knee injury could have been helped. That was sheer bad luck. The same would have happened to anyone at that moment. Let’s see how things go when he returns. There’s every chance he can recover well and kill it. If not, decisions will be made. He’d know that, there’s plenty of motivation to be 100% right before returning.
It doesn’t matter whether they are told there is no competition.
The kids know who won and lost, who scored the tries or goals, and who the good go to players are.
It’s true. The kids keep their own score. I’m fine with the no ladder, no winners and losers format. I don’t really think it hinders the kids at all. I get more frustrated at them being penalised for tackling too hard or around the shoulders, or kicking the ball too high. Children have heaps of fun just playing so let them play. This whole no tackling in the young years is crazy imo too. They really don’t get hurt at all. It’s kind of like a copper grabbing you for going 65 in a 60 zone - overly cautious.
