The Sharks are on the same points as us and also the same +/- but we have scored more points yet sit behind them.
This would make sense if its about points conceded, yet broncos and titans are on the same points and also the same +/- but broncos have conceded more points yet sit above titans…
Another example of NRLs bias against us? Or bias towards Broncos? I’m sure there’s a good conspiracy theory to be made out of this.
I’ve heard contrary reports that either the draw is staying the same or will be changed.
For instance, I’ve heard that our first game back may be against the eels, which means we skipped the bulldogs game and the Warriors game, both ‘easier’ teams to beat. Does this mean we may have missed out on 4 competition points?
Of course, no game is certain, but I’d back us to beat the dogs and NZ moreso than the eels at this point.
How would Twal go at lock? A little lighter than the others, great defender, mobile. Could he play 80 mins?
FRONT ROW: Utoikamanu, Aloiai, Mikaele and Musgrove.
SECOND ROW: Leilua, Garner, (Lawrence/MCK)
Looks the goods for me.
With Roosters being a candidate for expulsion due to location/lack of juniors but with lots of money, and with Manly the opposite, it seems to be the obvious choice for Roosters and Manly to merge. Call them the Sydney Sea Eagles or something, and encompass everything north of the harbour, lots of juniors but backed by the Roosters money. Hell, call them Norths so we have Norths, Souths, Wests, etc.
Also, seems obvious that St George should incorporate the shire connecting their two footprints. Actually, if we’re going crazy, we should incorporate the bulldogs to join our two footprints. That leaves 6 Sydney teams including Penrith.
