I wonder what is more important ??

Winning games and premierships and increasing memberships etc that way or

Losing games because our high price talent isn't earning their pay checks on a weekly basis

Kids are like the wind ,if things aren't going there way they will quite happily change

How many kids after last night want to be Ben Barba instead of Benji Marshall or Tim Moltzen

When it comes to the crunch sponsors want results and want the players they back to perform

Benji isn't cutting it against the top sides Simple as that

Dare we mention how he would perform under a new coach?

You lot are crazy -tonight he scores a try sets up another and throws the 2nd last pass for another. He is leading the comp in try assist and line break assist is doing great with his goal kicking and one of the best long kickers in the game. Yes he makes mistakes but he more then makes up for it. He does have a weakness in his bombs but I dont see anyone else in our team stepping up to do better. He has changed position this yr and we have won more games with him at half then when he is at five eight. He has though had to deal with 8 or 9 different halves partners and as the most watched play aker in the game. Despite not having a consistent halves partner and out of form centers all year he has still been in the top 2 or 3 halfbacks in the game this year.

If we want to look for issues it has been our out of form centers, our over priced and poor
Reforming back rower in Blair and our inability to find a halves partner but you can't blame benji because we get beaten in the89tn minute against the competition leaders by a field goal after having 2
Or video ref decisions go against us

Benji has to take some of the responsibility for his poor performances. You can't just say that it's not his fault that he has to do everything because if he needed a halves partner to take the pressure off all he would have to do is tell Sheens to give Chisholm, Humble, Moltzen or Miller the other halves position and to help him. Sheens would do anything he asks.
