Sue out of Manly Game

Post by Joe's Tigers » Mon 15 Jun, 2015 3:36 pm

@FOXSportsNews: .@WestsTigers forward Sauaso Sue ruled out of upcoming #NRL clash with @SeaEagles with shoulder injury from win over @SSFCRABBITOHS

This is a blow. Typical we finally have a good win and we suffer a few injuries.

Big blow. Lodge & Ava will have to continue their intensity from last week.

Be surprised if Naiqama gets over a hamstring strain in a week

Major Major blow! Damn I hate Manly!
Today we saw a true champion in Winx, and a true bludger in Cleary!

The time has arrived for Lodge to really stand up.

Very unfortunate, Sue is really coming along nicely and Naquama has been solid.

Woods will likely back up and its a chance for Ava and Lodge to back up their performance last week. Nothing we can't cover.

I personally want to see Halutau move back to 2nd row. My team:

1. Ted
2. Nofo
3. Hoeter
4. Simona
5. Richards
6. Moses
7. Brooks
8. Woods
9. Farah
10. Gallowy
11. Lawrence
12. Halutau
13. Tupau

14. Cherrington
15. Ava
16. Lodge
17. Lovett

Swap Nofo and Hoeter for a start - if last week wasn't enough for Nofo to seal a centre spot I don't know what else he has to do.

I don't think we can carry both Cherrington and Halatau on the bench

Traditionaly props take longer to develop, kind of feel people want too much from the likes of Ava and Lodge.

They should get a a little more time than Brooks or Moses because since the game began thats the position.

In saying that i still think Lodge can rise to any challenge, he is better than a lot of people give him credit for.

Don't panic Peeps Woods will play and besides we will have their pack for Breakfast even without Sue and Woods... Manly have the weakest pack in the comp

That's a shame as he has been strong

Still it's like swapping him for woods from the souths game, so we should have it covered. As mentioned just more gametime for Ava and lodge who have shown they're up for it.

Asking a prop to back up 48 hours after a SOO and play big minutes is pushing the limits in my opinion as well as Robbie's shoulder

Could they possibly bring both off the bench ??

I would like to see some more mins for Matt Lodge.

Got a good feeling about this guy such that we may have probs retaining him down the track if we are not careful.
