What I think will happen is we will go to WSS for a couple of years and than move back to ANZ Stadium after 2020.

What people seem to forget is ANZ stadium is being revamped (with the largest financial contribution by the state government out of the 3 stadiums) and if my memory serves me right, they will be converting it to a dedicated rectangle stadium with state of the art amenities. When ANZ is finished the seating will be much more vertical than it is currently and will be a large version of WSS with capabilities of adapting the stadium to small, medium and large crowds so the atmosphere is not sterile no matter the size of the crowd.
The thing that worries me about ANZ is that the two top decks are staying the same with the lower bowl getting the rebuild. Will a 20k crowd still feel very small?

What's the capacity going to be once the refurb is done at ANZ?

Does anyone know when the 2019 draw will be out so an informed decision can be made on purchasing a membership ie number of Thursday v Friday games some of which are impossible to get to for kick off.

Be interesting to see what the atmosphere is like with 20k there once it's all done.

They have committed until the end of 2022 at WSS. Maybe they will have 4 at WSS, 4 at ANZ, 1 at LO, 1 at CSS, 1 at Tamworth and just for a change 1 at a mystery ground where fans will have to pre purchase tickets without knowing where the game will be - they will then be bussed or flown to the mystery ground for the game. The upside to this is the opposition fans won't know where the game is at so the only supporters at the ground will be Wests Tigers fans. Might suggest this to Pascoe.
Sounds like that old TV show, "Don't Forget Your Toothbrush".
I've been a member since 2012. We last played finals football in 2011. Just saying...

Parramatta set to stay at ANZ

https://www.zerotackle.com/parramatta-w ... e+Infinite

Should put an end to all the hysteria about the stadium being theirs with blue and gold seats.

Doubt they'll be putting blue and gold seating (Wanderers different colours, for a start) but I would put my house on Parra playing there.
Stones throw from their Leagues Club.

Yep... Holding out.
They'd cop some real severe backlash if they didn't play there at a all next year... Would be a PR nightmare for them

The two perth AFL teams threatened not to play out of the new stadium here aswell a few months before opening.

A lot of blustering going on but Parra will be playing there. But it's an opportunity for us to get on the front foot and get the opening game as our home game. The NRL will want to have that game bedded in for the draw announcement. A lot of publicity on offer for the club.

Agree with this an opportunity for our club to take the center stage .. but all and sundry will bend to accomodate the salary cap cheats and grubs!
The club should put a media release out stating there is one team that appreciates the efforts of the NSW tax payers ... Pascoe has to put this right today there is one NRL club playing there next season get on the front foot!

100% .... NRL would never allow them not to sign on the dotted line.
Its all a game at present but NRL and Parramatta would loose a lot if they didn't get this done.

Yeah I think they're taking the attitude that the stadium was basically built for them, and if the developer wants them to play there, then they have to pay top dollar for it to happen. I'd be interested to know what sort of deal the Tigers negotiated in comparison to what has been offered to the eels.

Parramatta will be the ones who end up looking silly here. The stadium can really set the terms. Since the same mob look after ANZ, that limits their alternate options.

The Tigers would have been hamstrung by the deal that was already in place with the parent company. I don't think the commercial terms would have changed much.
