Willie Mataka did at Easts didn't he?

Who was the fullback who's mum had a sad in the paper that he wouldn't be selected for Wests, went to Parra, played a dozen games for them and then was never sighted again in the NRL?
I think I saw him play reserve grade for the mounties (Canberra feeder) earlier this year.
Thought he'd kick on but he flopped.
Another Demps hype boy who did nothing...

Not from our team but a special mention goes to MARIO FENECH
A good hard player and gentleman of the game
A true ambassador for our sport
Always had the Micky taken out of him on the footy show and probably demanded a little more respect although it was all in fun
I dont remember him getting in to much trouble at all during his career
Now taking a step out of the limelight but wont be forgotten

You remember him - I'm happy to forget him.

I'm happy to forget all Souffs players, including the current ones.

Can't recall if they ever saw firsts but were forum faves in the era of.... wait for it...
Blake Lazarus. He got 1 or 2 games IIRC.

The Pies in 98 and 99 had some real bottom of the barrel players on their books that would make most of the players mentioned here look like immortals.

I was never a fan of Joel Caine. Had one good season in 2000 when he was leading point scorer, but after that he was an absolute dunce. I remember him as the original Fitzy, making so many dumb mistakes. Didn’t last long once Sheens arrived. I remember one game against Parra, he was having a bad night with the boot, missing a couple of easy shots. Finally he missed a penalty goal from right in front, and they showed Sheens who ripped his cap off and slammed it on the desk. That was Caine’s final game in the top grade.

A few others

Ahmad Bajouri
Trent Runicman
Mark O’Halloran
Ben Reynolds
Steve Trindall
Robert Miles

Has anyone mentioned Robbie "Carson Kressley" Mears?
