individual iq doesn't matter but as long as they have an iq of over 200 when they do it together.

There is a difference between IQ and football-smarts. You could have a game day 17 who all belong to Mensa, but if they lacked the necessary smarts, then they are still going to make bad decisions, especially under fatigue or pressure.
