Can't understand the logic TW - Kev has been tearing it up in the centre (apart from the Knights game) - he is not a winger. I wouldn't but if you are going to play him on the wing, you would be better off dropping him. Your 3 and 4 are not as good in the centre as Kev. Please let me in on your thinking, is it just to give them a run?
Neither is Rankin and we have had to put up with him all year.

I know there's not a lot of love for Lovett on this forum, but a lot of these lists are dropping him for Edwards. Seriously? I've never seen something so heavy impact with so little effect. I think Edwards may actually be the Pillsbury Doughboy in a ginger wig and a Tigers jumper.

He looked a bit pudgy and out of condition out there.
May have eaten too many of their biscuits during the off season.

Hopefully Halatau and Lawrence can play the whole game. Aloiai/Felise/Sironen to play up the middle and replace Ava, Grant and Sue.

Hopefully Cherrington can provide something for us but he has to get plenty of game time.

I dont think this is possible, poor bloke looks done in 20 mins
They talk about hanging up the boots as you go into the 30s but some players have the ability, skill and the fitness level to still play on for a few more seasons and match the best

Sadly despite my huge liking for Dene i dont think he can play another season.
I dont think he has the fitness left for it.

If he can't I think you need to put a backrower on the bench. Probably MCK. We need some impact from the bench and Lovett doesn't provide that.

I wonder if they test speed at the club. Backrowers now need to have good leg drive and the ability to run good lines. Halatau and Lawrence both have that ability but Lovett for instance to me doesn't.

Its not rocket science is it
Coach gives you a role for 20 mins, run as hard as you can, tackle as hard you can, carry as far as you can.

Thats all Lovett needs to do .. Thats all

So same team as last week except Sue in for Halatau which pushes Edwards to 18th man. I'm ok with that
