Twal and Felise WILL end up top quality props. I think a few years behind Matulino and Packer will do them the world of good.

Any idea why he didn't play NRL last night?

Probably because he's not ready seeing as though he's never played NRL and he'd been at the club for 5 minutes? I'm sure he'll get a run soon enough. Play his cards right and he's looking at an interchange spot next year.

Sooner the better he makes his debut. We need quality backup.
Today we saw a true champion in Winx, and a true bludger in Cleary!

He's a certainty to play first grade next week after last night
Yeah right. Unfortunately the only "certainties" are Lovett and MCK.

We can't wait that long. We need quality starters now, our team is an absolute shambles.

We've signed Packer and Matulino?

Yep. My point is that we need a lot more starters. Every signing should be a player that can slot into our starting 17 straight away because we need a complete overhaul of our side.

Twal might be another one out of the box like Woods was when he started. Eisenhuth is also there and shown he can step up. If Grant hangs around he's another solid option. I think we'll be OK for front rowers, it's the second row I am worried about.

Haha, I'm sure Twal will be blooded if and when Ivan thinks he's ready. He's been impressive in the lower grades so it's not a stretch to assume he may get a look in as part of an overhaul, especially if he has moved mid-season.

Buying a couple of young second row forwards on the cusp of NRL selection with a similar rep history to Twal would be good for us. Jack Murchie, who plays for the Raiders, but is from the far south coast is a good option.

Happy with Twal's debut last week. Carried the same work rate as he has in the lower grades which proves he's got what it takes to play at this level. I'm really not sure why Parra didn't try harder to keep the kid. Then again we've seen that before from the Eels.
