Longest drop goal I ever saw was Joe Lydon, for Wigan against Warrington in a Challenge Cup semi final at Manchester City's Maine Road ground. He hit it from well inside his own half and I think the distance was measured at 64m although back then it could have been yards so that would make it 58.5m. It can be found on you tube but the quality is awful. It was a great kick from Marshall though, Lydon had a real good run at his whereas Marshall just swung a leg.
