Tyran Smith. Had all the skills, solid career but IMO could've reached greater heights.

When we was 20 he lead Parra to a minor premiership, by 23 he was banished to England (apart from an unsuccessful stint at Cronulla). Had all the talent, but his demons off the field held him back. Retired at 30 after a drink driving incident in England saw him get sacked along with Kevin Locke......who also belongs in this thread).
