I pretty much write off anything that involves a pun form of someone’s name. I’m more interested in wages going up - they’ve been stagnant under this lot.

Does anyone remember the story concerning allegedly fake accounts on Tinder and one other site for Andrew Broad MP and George Christensen MP?

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... eated.html

The subsequent Sugar Baby story? Interestingly, someone in the comments section of the Canberra Times story on the 2019 New Year Speech by Slomo is alleging a D Notice has been placed on comments about Broad MP, Christensen MP and one other LNP MP. I have to say, meeting Sugar Baby in Hong Kong you would believe at least one certain country may be all over the potential to compromise Aust Government MPs?

Yeah, because interest rates skyrocketed in the six years under Rudd and Gillard...
Help me... I broke apart my insides,
Help me... I've got no soul to sell;
Help me... The only thing that works for me,
Help me get away from myself...

Cuando llegue el día, y estoy parado a las puertas del cielo, será Dios pidiendo mi perdón...

Dutton is now attempting to tell the Fijian's that Neil Prakash is one of theirs! As a commenter has appropriately written, go home Dutton, your village is looking for its idiot.

Dutton is pretty dumb even for a queenslander.Trying to claim a man born in Australia is Fijian because his father was born there.Convoluted logic at his best Mr Potato Head strikes again

I suspect you'll disagree but I would suggest weaker industrial powers for workers is a massive factor.

Interested too.
There are a myriad of reasons but has anyone noticed which wages have gone up?
Specialists (even rugby players, anyone with extremely desirable skills in short supply).
Corporate exec's.

I have been reading a bit on Management theory.
It asserts that only Managers matter. That if you have bad employees, but a good manager then the bad employees will be moved on. But if you have good employees, they will be bad, because you have a bad manager.

So hence companies pay the best to get good management. The odd bit about this is it echo's upward. With the Corporate exec's being paid bigger and bigger dollars to be 'good'. Yet the customer face is often paid min wage and this is the face of the company that people see.

In the 90's corporate bonuses were performance tied in Britain. This was in part due to Gov interference. As people could see Directors wages increasing out of control and many directors were getting pay increases but no real justification. Once Director wages were tied to performance, the directors wages skyrocketed. Often directors would pick the metrics that they knew were going up or they would stripmine the company to make a short term profit.

Hence I believe that real wages have not gone up in part because manager and director wages have skyrocketed. It's not that their taking the money but there is no need from the Directors or managers point of view to give wage increases further down.

Ofcourse I disagree with the theory. I have seen good employees hold a company together with bad management. Bad management does create a ceiling of how good an employee can be. No one wants bad management. But company incentives should not be directed just at managers and especially should not be directed at just the Board of directors!

What I find really odd is this "news put out by CNN, ABC, MSNBC.".
I know Australians that watch FOX, and it's hopeless. It's communist propaganda fake. Anyway
I barely check CNN, usually disagree with MSNBC and do not see the American ABC. Really I don't see any of these news outlets.

Americans might watch the news articles above. I don't. Occasionally I get sent a Washington post article. I usually tune into the Guardian and the Intercept.
If you seriously think that Fox is communist, then you are truly in need of an intervention. You my friend have big problems.
Magpiecol, I did not say that Fox was Communist. I said it's "communist propaganda fake".
I.e. Putin wrestling a Bear, Stalin being all wise/powerful and Kim Jun il being the most hansome man on earth FAKE.

Or to put it more apptly

FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE.

If you watch Fox, you bleat and get sheared worse then any other viewers.

Not satisfied with creating a diplomatic incident with Fiji, Dolt Dutton wants to push through amendments to his citizenship law which would ensure he as Minister would only have to be "reasonably satisfied" that someone has citizenship of another country to strip them of Australian citizenship. I can't see the point because who did the checking on Prakash?

A truly good manager should be able to hire the right people and train a good team

That is the exact question I am putting to myself at the moment , a few recent hires haven't gone well .....should I blame the employees or the idiot who hired them

In my defence , one major thing has happened in the last twenty years , most people interview very well these days , but work ethic / attitude is far harder to pick in the modern day

People are far more confident outwardly these days , and the person 20 years ago I'd pick out in the first 5 minutes as the right person more often that not isn't the star anymore .....just a professional interviewer ......says the right stuff but wouldn't have a clue how to put what they said into action

I'm getting far too old to carry my business day in and day out

I read this in disbelief but after Dutton created the Fiji incident plus Slomo' wanting to re-locate the Aust Embassy to Jerusalem to gain advantage in Wentworth, you can only conclude these two are incompetent and dangerous men.

Funniest thing is if Dutton could count, he could have been Prime Muppet instead of Slomo

ABC News on Dec 11, 2018 - "Peter Dutton told Sky News he has always seen parliament as a disadvantage for the government of the day."

Mr Potato Head keeps on showing his ineptness to be in government in any capacity. In regards to Prakash it is unfortunate that he didnt get killed while with the terrorists BUT he is our problem and nobody elses. If and when he gets expelled back to Australia he should be charged and spend the rest of his life behind bars avoiding fellow inmates

In the future when a terrorist is discovered with dual nationality, there will be a race between the countries to see who can cancel his citizenship first.

No matter which side of politics you are on, surely everyone know Dutton is a dumb thug.
