Our wingers made 9 errors
Thompson was worse but it was a photo finish
Funny about that. Maybe thats why they could not hold down first grade spots in their previous Nrl Clubs.
Mwz never has a first grade spot at any other club...
Took him almost a decade to make grade like Naiqama but he's more of a dud.

Our tag line should be 'Pathetic since 2012' seems more appropriate than 'on the bus' unless the bus they are talking about is the 'special' bus than its actually appropriate.

I'm astounded where the team from the first 6 weeks went. Our defence has been awful in recent weeks.
Yeah...over 100 points conceded the last 3 games
Forty ponts for
It's the second half that's the problem.
Teams that consistently lose interest throughout the second half almost always haven't got their heart in playing.

What’s funny is we will probably bounce back and fluke a win against the dragons. This team is frustrating

Remember the movie where the bus was packed with explosives and would explode if it slowed down?

Guess what, we slowed down and the consequences followed.

Often the game plan is to tire big forwards out by moving the ball around. We do this to our own forwards, for the opposition, by dropping numerous balls, forced passes and absolutely stupid penalties. We are our own worst enemies.

I agree with this being a big chance. Sunday night at Wests Ashfield I raised this while speaking to a couple of the players while they were signing the poster and they seemed upbeat.
Dropped ball is a sign of a lack of concentration so maybe they need that focus plus a bit more training for combinations with the new guys.
Probably too late but not completely without hope.

We need the Titans to beat the Bronco's this week, and then we have to beat the Dragons after the bye to even entertain finals, a very big if us beating saints.

like everyone else , very disappointed with the past month of football from the tigers.
the past two losses have been weak performances and are in complete contradiction
to the first six rounds of 2018.
I cant see the future being any rosier for 2019 .
maybe the team needs the bye weekend to do some team bonding to reboard the bus.
Being a long time wests supporter,i can see through the tough times but i cant tolerate
a lack of effort.
in the past two weeks,i reckon some blokes have dogged it.

I think Ivan owes it to the punters to explain his use of Packer, is he injured, or is the game plan crap?

Totally vehemently disagree.

A coach explaining his game plan to the fans is basically giving away the strategy to the opposition.

I have to believe that Packer is playing injured. He just has to be.

Yeah we less updated on injuries under ivan. My guess reynolds will be on side line again.

Geez, I hope Reynolds can play next round, his try on the weekend was just brilliant and I want to see more of that.

I think this is the case. I do wonder why.
But you have to ask yourself if his knees are stable enough to play and withstand contact. Isn’t it better for him to play to build on his match fitness.
His a big guy and I’d say his down on match fitness, remember he didn’t play the last 10 or so rounds for saints last year. And then missed about 4 this year.
He either gets it from first grade or reserve grade, he ain’t going to get it from sitting at home icing a knee that is in a condition to play.
At this stage it’s more valuable for us and him for his match fitness to build in first grade.

He was asked on NRL 360 whether he is gone for the year. Responded along the lines of I have to make a decision. Sounds like surgery a possibility.
