I wonder what the hold up could be?Can they draw this out any longer? I’d get it if it was Payne Haas we were signing, but it’s Jayden Sullivan for Christ’s Sake.
Probably can’t get the haircut right.I wonder what the hold up could be?
didn’t Bateman pass the medical with a hammy? So it can’t be that?

Yes, I cannot recall any formal release from the Saints yet.My guess is it takes longer when a release is involved
That and/or the club is wanting to announce a cpouple of signings together

The 21-year-old Illawarra junior will join Wests Tigers at the end of this season on a four-year deal.
Sullivan made his NRL debut for the Dragons in 2020 after leading Illawarra Steelers SG Ball team to premiership success the previous year.
He’s made 12 NRL appearances in 2023 including his team’s Magic Round loss to Wests Tigers in Brisbane where he scored two tries off the bench.
Wests Tigers assistant coach Benji Marshall, who will take over as head coach next season, is excited to have Sullivan on board.
“He’s a very talented young player with a bright future,” said Marshall.
“On top of that he is a really good person with great character and an infectious energy.
“We expect him to play a key role for us over the next few years.”
Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe says Sullivan is a welcome addition to the club.
“We are delighted that Jayden has decided to join us on a long-term deal,” said Pascoe.
