I’d say pretty much as expected, be interested to see if Benji goes with 4 forwards on the bench, or slips in a back as he has done previously, although Kepaoa could cover, if necessary, but preferably not , he rarely does much right in the backs.

As expected with 2 HIAs

AJ is playing for his career this year as an NRL player or a concreter. Hope he pulls something out of his ass this week to show he deserves a spot going forward. Im sure Benji is testing the waters to keep him in the team or not.

As the forum lovechild, I would love to see 20 year old Matamua show something, his 7 first grade games thus far have been average at best.

Hope these 2 have a blinder to warrant being picked or forever put in the rack and others given a chance.

No problem with selections except dubious about numbers 16 and 17
One seems to lack effort and footy smarts and the other has cost games by not knowing the rules
Solomon Alaimalo is an interesting one as he's clearly a star at Super Rugby and the question is can he make the transition to League ?
Feledy is an outside back with a good attacking game as he can sidestep and beat tackles but can he defend ?

What “experiment“? He’s clearly very low on the pecking order and only plays when we have several injuries.
The guy we bought 5 years ago who is a centre/winger/second rower. Or isn’t.

Matamua has been really good in the couple of NSW Cup games I've seen this year. Far more involved and getting into the tough stuff way more that the rest of the Cup pack

Reckon we need to find a way to keep the Dragons to 12 or less to win this one ......
A good start would help...and all the usuals
Maybe kick for touch so no broken D line for Lomax Sloane etc
Line speed
Put them on the deck it still drives me nuts how we can have 3 forwards on one and he still stands
Post contact meters - gain for us, limit theirs
Completions
Possesion
Field position

Target Bird & Ravalawa with grubbers- something different, I dont trust our D with their back three

Easier said than done
