Kelma Tuilagi Signs With Manly

If we can’t get someone for outside the club in time for the trials. Maybe the best option would be to have a player like Seyfarth or Joe O train and trial in the backrow. Even though they are more seen as middle players. I’d keep Peachy at 13 so the attack still flows from round the ruck.
No, we can't do that. Both are props/locks. Neither have the mobility to play second row. Joffa if there's an in-game injury then fine, but Seyfarth definitely cannot ever play second row. May as well put Twal out there.

Joe O doesn't have enough lateral or movement to play secondrow, every time he played there last year he was found wanting.
Prop or lock are his positions.

Manly must be close to been Cap full as well now if they are paying overs for him and there big 5 on top $$$.. I would assume Garner if off the cards for them now as they could of signed him already for 2023 if they wanted him.. Some have been saying T Sim and for a 2 year deal it might be a very good option and gives our young ones a few years to develop.
We should have offloaded Garner to Manly when we had the chance and keep Tuilagi.

You can scrub Whatsthematterson but would be happy to snag any of the other 4 assuming CHN has learned something from his previous indiscretions.
I agree I dont want Matterson back, but on ability alone (excluding head knock issues) he is worthy of consideration.

According to my web search he is 31, imho, we need an experienced, aggressive 2nd rower with good ball skills - BMM gets ticks on all of them.
Good gap fill for 1-2 years.
He is contracted this year and next. Still behind a few in the pecking order at the Warriors. So could move

Josh Curran is the Back Rower we should all be rooting for...
Very similar to Papali'i, Can play middle or edge...
All ticker!!
Just looking at Zero tackle. They have Katoa sign up till the end of 2042. Niukore till the end of 2026 (starts 2023). Should sound out about Curran.

Considering the Raiders having one of the most stacked packs in the comp, I would go hard for CHN. Even if CHN left Raiders they would still have a pack of;

8. Big Papa
9. Starling/Hodgson
10. Tapine
11. Young
12. Whitehead
13. Elliot

14. Sutton
15. Horsburgh
16. Guler
17. Mooney/Rushton/Hola (huge raps on the former)

Garner I see so much potential in and I wish he’d be more consistent, his defence can sting if he chooses not to arm grab and he runs a great line and has decent speed in open space for a back rower.

Joe O absolutely not a second rower.

Seyfarth I love, but again is better suited to the middle in my opinion.

Kelma I think is great but not sure how much I’d want to develop him only to leave us a year later.

That’s about the extent of our options, given the 3 green development players sound a long way off
