Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I spell it with 2 rr's, I watched it last night on YouTube, I thought without a few players tigers did alright 1st half against a top 4 team, the kicking game from dce I expect hastings to have a similar kicking game, 2nd half was junior's having a run, don't forget cause of covid junior's haven't played for a long time

Hi Cobar
I watched the trial on YouTube, I was a West's fan, I was very honoured to have a year at Presidents Cup, then started knee injuries wasn't good timing.
Good stuff mate, never mind about injuries, there are plenty of ex footy players on here who retired through injuries, me included.
The forum is a good place for banter but nake sure you wear a mouthguard 🤣
Curious about you streaming. I have unlimited NBN and stream everything, also min sports package with Foxtel, a lot better than waiting for YouTube.

Does anyone have any idea what sort of cap room we might have left for 2022?
It seems we may be in the market for a "strike centre" so you'd have to think its a reasonable amount

I think roughly 400-500k. And given a quarter of the season has gone that equates to 600-650k over a full season. Enough to buy quality, or front load players like we always do and promote a kid who doesn't play first grade instead.

I noticed this morning that Kitione Kautoga (spelling?) was training with the first grade boys for the first time in a long while. He's a young powerhouse backrower that played wests sg ball last year, Scored about 5 tries in 4 games and then did his shoulder. Hasn't been sighted in a very long time, but good to see he's still at the club and hopefully over his injury issues.

Don't think he'd get a look at first grade, but he'd start off in flegg and replace Mansfield Taylor (not sure how bad his injury is though) and will probably feature in nsw cup at some point. Runs the ball very hard, we signed him from the sharks.

He's a good recruit from the Sharks' juniors where he was a noted try scorer. He's only young so let's hope he gets a good grounding in the lower grades.
