Our side was also a lot stronger than it is now.Storm ran out a strong side for the opener in 2007. We went down 18-16. Storm had only 3 losses that year with a minor premiership and GF.

Yes, that year we managed to finish 9th.Our side was also a lot stronger than it is now.
18-21 are the normal reserves and 22-24 are COVID subs but it is a positive sign to see Rua and Dias named even if its just in case COVID strikesI think heard the NRL said all Teams must name 24 players in case some get Covid.

Sad thing is we would have to name several long term injured players to get close to that and would be lucky to have 25 of the top squad available to start the season.Might as well name all 30.
A better result from 11th the previous year.(2006)Yes, that year we managed to finish 9th.
I have always thought from signing him that his best position is 13. Was surprised Twal started there last year. Lets see if he can build into it this year. Will have until Liddle is fit I would assume.I may be in the minority but I liked what the great Willie O's nephew Joe did at 13 in the Roosters trial.
He is a quality middle forward at his best - and 13 may suit him better than prop given the size of some of the elite props in the game currently.
Peachey will get plenty of minutes at both dummy half and as a roving lock/link player if required.
Melbourne aren't too bad first upA better result from 11th the previous year.(2006)
I’m telling you don’t bet against us first up.
While that may be true, we went awfully close in 2007 with a team that couldn’t make the playoffs.Melbourne aren't too bad first up
Since he took over as head coach of Melbourne in 2003, Craig Bellamy has never lost a season opener.
How so?While that may be true, we went awfully close in 2007 with a team that couldn’t make the playoffs.

Everyone has their own view, and yes I can accept that there are WT fans who love to see them lose. I may not understand it, but my thoughts don’t really matter. They’re only important to me.it's not really
i do like hastings a lot,i just think theres still so many guys in this team that are not up too first grade standard
not forgetting our entire back row will most likely be gone next year so i really don't wanna see them do well than they leave :S
Okay, whilst I want our entire back row to shine this year and couldnt care less how they go elsewhere next season having chosen to leave.it's not really

perhaps he will eat meat with vegetable taste😉Had to laugh when i saw Twal was sponsored by the meat man considering he is a vegetarian, maybe the club is trying to give him a subtle hint
