I’ll add to this . Laurie doesn’t lurk around the ball as well . Last year when he was “lurking” it was for the outside in play with AD or a forward . It looked coached IMO .
He just doesn’t push up around the ball , and have that ability to see the space .not everyone does . But your fullback has to at least have the ability to be taught it .
Dillon will be wearing the 1 by the end of the year , if that is what Laurie is going to dish up .
I’ll say again bash Brooks all you want , but Laurie really shat the bed that last 20 mins . Multiple errors that directly lead to tries .

You could say that. But we also needed a much bigger headstart. Melbourne were always coming back. At 14-4 there was still the undeniable air of inevitability.
