With James Roberts ruled out with a Quad injury WT'S takes on a complete different look to the side that played the Knights. Starford Atoa gets his chance to shine as does Madden and with Tamou and Garner included an improved performance should be expected.

I will be very surprised if he stays. Api was signed as a forward leader and will be our 1st choice. Liddle isn’t contracted for next year. If he wants to start & play NRL week in week out he will need to move on. Simpkin is contracted - its clear the club holds Simpkin in very high regard, he is the youngest hooker in the NRL by 2-3yrs currently. He has years to develop. Peachey and Hastings can play hooker. Doubt we will have 3 nrl hookers in our top 30 squad with versatility options the squad will already have as it will be a wasted roster spot.

They may have been an outside chance if Sutton hadn't decided the result in the first 15 minutes.

Su'a not having a lot of luck staying on the field at the moment, but one positive for St.George is that Ben Hunt is going well so far and seems to be everywhere and involved in everything.
