Walsh at fullback I would be very happy with. He has a get out clause & we went for him before. I would prefer to give him big cash over Thompson from the Bulldogs.

Farmworth I want but not for stupid money which I think will be needed to get him.

Gildart has been good in attack and average in defence... whole team has been average in defence though. Who cares if he's not lightning fast, he's beating defenders and creating opportunities with his footwork instead

He looks like he should be quick but he doesn’t have anywhere near the pace you would expect for the amount of wraps that get talked about.

If he does become available, we need to go hard at him. Although the lure of heading back to QLD and the Dolphins having the cash to splash won't help our chances.

Yes, I read an article regarding that with comments from their GM about making Walsh comfortable in NZ.
It’s going to be interesting with the Warriors agreeing to release Aiken on similar conditions.

How much we willing to pay?

I would say something like 600 over 3yrs with 2yr higher option (5yr deal) could get him.
The kid oozes talent and has something drastically we lack - speed and support play.
