Wests Tigers Coaches

Okay and look I understand what you're saying in regards to the club's poor brand and that it hindered our ability to recruit certain talent however I'm specifically talking about the coaching role and their job requirements in building team culture and performance.
I don't believe for one minute that our negative reputation affected Madge's coaching ability nor helped shape the attitude of players. If that's what you're implying.
Like Hartigan was responsible for our recruitment - and wasn't successfully doing his job, I look at it in the same with Madge. Which is why I always felt it unfair he was blamed for not gaining players.
It's specifically what Sheens addressed in saying that we'd like a coach who is willing and able to work with the team's limitations.
That’s exactly what I’m implying based on my education, training and experience, each and every individual in the organisation has a level of respect for those at the top, not necessarily those they report too. In this case the board. They are the decision makers.
In every organisation there are two loyalties, to the organisation and too the people within that organisation.
I’ll leave it to you to decide which rules you would follow in a time of incongruity?

Agree.... Bring in the development coach...... We need our own not off cuts that Madge brought in.
So is it the players or the coach ? You've been screaming to get rid of Madge. Now what . . . a rebuild of the roster ? there's a new idea.
You would have been telling any of your mates that listened "you watch the WT play today. At last Madge is gone . . . you watch the difference"
I saw zero difference. How about you ?
Actually, I lied. I saw dumb discipline give away dumb penalties.

My assessment of the interview is that he’s all but Tigers bound.

1. He refers to smug players being distracted and
2. That moment in the interview where he became lost for words. He hesitated because he knows he’s ready to rat and needs to be diplomatic.

We agreed earlier that he won’t have to rearrange too much of his private life and there is little to no pressure on him for a few years.

Also, we are good payers if it doesn’t work out. That’s a big incentive. He’s hitting the big time whether he wins or not. We are a comfy choice. Easily frightened and happy to oblige coaches.

He has only committed himself to defence to the Panthers for the year.

He’s on his way.
My bet is he hates Ivans guts these days, not one mention of the parasite during the whole thing.

I'm only talking about job roles and how Madge failed at his - in defining and fostering the team culture. Not even going to touch on other areas.

FYI not taking away from the players or anyone else but I feel the club are addressing the lack of accountability and trying to transform the victim mentality to a growth mindset.

What I don't get is if the Dogs were after him why has it not been done yet.. Maybe he would prefer the Tigers job and was waiting for it ? IDK but if its true and he is meeting up at least we can show him what we have planned.
I don’t think they are word is Fittler with Nathan Brown as assistant would be my guess.

Ciraldo would follow Gus before coming here.

Bulldogs are in a bigger hole than us. I doubt Gus has much pulling power for CC.
I actually think it's about time and situation for CC.

It would surprise me if he came to us, what is needed is bigger than 2-3yrs which could be why 5yrs could be needed to seal the deal. He won't get benefits for 3-5yrs if we are serious about pathways maturity.

CC should have realised that staying on with Ivan always results in some kind of hardship driven by his selfishness and self devotion.

If the rodent could have been honest with him last year we’d be in the top 8 at the moment and not slumming it looking down the barrel of the wooden spoon.

8 years with a 3 year option for Ivan, then the chin puppy takes over coaching straight after his last game. Ivan moves to Panther Board as chair.

Chin puppy was angry about the knights scoring today. His side was leading 46 nil or something. Fek he’s a bad sport. Little Ivan junior, sub rodent locker licking origin losing ponce.

They even keep people out of the club toilets when he’s taking a slash. So says my smug spies in the Penrith nite scene.

Why the hell are we chasing this bloke so hard? Unbelievable

I don’t know if Madge failed at his responsibilities or designated tasks that he was assigned, because I don’t know what they were. We were told that he was sacked because the players didn’t win enough games, but do we know what the target was?
An organisations culture is defined by two things. The behaviour of each individual and the perceived behaviour of the organisation.
Lee Hagipantelis recently said , anything he and the CEO do has absolutely no baring on the performance of the NRL team. I’m saying he is wrong in trying to distance himself and the board from any responsibility.
Every single person in the organisation must add value to the organisations goals, otherwise why are they on the payroll?

If I was Ciraldo, I’d insist on taking Lees car parking spot at all home games and the CEO.

He can then park a trailer full of his trash in his own spot.

Lee can catch the train in like us.
