Would love a win for Geo but unfortunately the only pie we will probably be eating will be humble pie.

Yum 🤤I'm a day early, due to a number of reasons, including flying to Tassie tomorrow to help dad prepare for my step-mum's funeral, so it's Geo's Pie Day today at our place. View attachment 1524

Good to see that you are still going as well @FlippedyI haven’t posted or even been on this forum for yonks and I really don’t know why, but for some reason tonight I just felt like coming on here to see how everyone was doing. I went straight to this Geo thread first and was thinking what’s that old bugger up to now having his own thread.
Needless to say, like everyone else, I’m stunned. I’ve just been reading all the comments from the very first post that told us of the tragic news to the 16th page. The sentiments posted by everyone are wonderful and a testament to what a great person Geo was and how loved he was by all on this forum.
I have no further sentiments to add that haven’t already been expressed except to say that Geo you will no doubt be sorely missed not just by the people on this forum, but by everyone you touched in life, everywhere you went.
RIP Geo - my condolences and prayers go out to his family & friends.
That's so awesome.@Geo came across as a joking, funny guy...
But I can tell ya, he'd have ya back and help ya out if u needed it.
Just a story, a few years ago some guy took a liking to me and gave me over 1000 downvotes in one night and then sent me various racial, aggressive, violent threats and messages.
I'm not bothered by nonsense like that but Geo undid all the downvoting and banned the user and messaged me to make sure I was alright....
He didn't have to do any of that... I just laughed it all off as I'm not threatened nor take things too seriously but credit to the guy... man of the people.
We'll miss you @Geo
Have to put that on my bucket list. I love Millthorpe. It's such a pretty town. The Old Mill Cafe in Millthorpe they have great pies they were $10 each but worth every cent.
