He admitted he met with Ciraldo, announced we were courting Ciraldo and would have signed off on the statement.

I do agree with the sentiment of what you're saying and i think Lee is a goose, however he didnt reply publicly he replied to a private text message which was then made public.
However being in the position he is in how he didnt know that the message would become public is beyond me. Lee has done more harm than good with his foot in mouth disease and should be made to shut his mouth.

Whoever made the decision to issue a statement to say we have been knocked back is such a bizarre thing to do, i dont get it at all for a club that leaks like a sieve why not let another one leak ffs. No wonder we cant attract talent and a coach the joint is a shambles, i thought Sheens might be here to clean it up or out but the people stinking out the joint are the one's making themselves untouchable.

Lee asked the guys on the pod for his text to be replayed in full. He was well aware it would become public.

His love of the limelight is matched only by his lack of rugby league nous. He needs to fade back to being a (valuable) sponsor, nothing more.

Our media and pr is a shocker on all fronts. Our Facebook page is almost satire, posting things like "Close one but we missed it this weekend 50 -0" ..then next day. "Who wants fan gear?" 🤣🤪

I'm starting to now realise that Lee inspector gadget is a huge liability and actually a roadblock in this club moving in the right direction
 
I’ve worked out that Lee will do what he wants. Lee is like a kid who comes home in trouble all the time! Dirty paws!

His mistakes are the stuff of legend and he’s not in a hurray to make himself and the board accountable like everyone else.

No kpis for the board.

In some ways we are better served by his high profile and inclement outbursts because know what he is up to?

I can’t name another chairman of any other club but I’m sure a lot of people know Lee.

And I find myself in agreement with @Earl that we have had an extraordinary run at least 3 good decisions in a row lately. I don’t know how long it will last, but I’ll take it.

I’m glad we released the news to break the tension, control the narrative although it was vanilla as can be.

Ciraldos explanation for not joining us remains well disguised and entirely unsatisfactory. I find his own conduct in this charade wanting.

He’s wasted a lot of our resources.

Career wise, he’s a complete boneheaded idiot.

@GNR4LIFE you haven't addressed this question? Why are you complaining about cyber bullying and then calling me a dipshit? Is cyber bullying only an issue when it's towards you? I merely passed on what I heard. A simple "I don't believe that" would have sufficed. Poor from you.

Admin have been chasing Ciraldo long before Sheens returned. They had this idea that if they sacked Madge it would open up the pathway for Ciraldo, this was before Sheens was introduced to his tin shed. However, for some reason they didn’t/couldn’t sack him. I assumed Sheens bought him some time.
Buzz was telling us he’s gone next week after 5 games, then after 7 etc etc.
I realise Sheens has accepted full responsibility for sacking Madge, but he’s doing what he was hired to do, running block for Admin. This is not how Sheens would have scheduled events.
Admin need to forget about Penrith and focus on WT.
