I was just thinking the same thing @Demps .

It seems Hooper is trying to paint that picture by saying it was a private discussion between the 2. I'd like to think Noddy wouldn't be so naive or stupid to do that in his position. And if it was someone he spoke to, it surely is easy enough for the Club to identify and rectify.

It is on the Club's leadership to plug these leaks or they need to realise they are not strong or professional enough themselves to control their employees.

If we look at this current squad, we could probably identify a few whose form has dropped off, after very promising starts?
I wonder what is it that players see, which makes them believe the only way to achieve their ambition of reaching their full potential is at another club?
Is it, injuries? Lack of a sense of belonging, or being part of something greater than the sum of its parts?
What is it that demotivates them?

I think it is definitely lack of team work and support. In other words the team they play for at Wests Tigers as not for a long time being gel together in the right directioin.

The most frustrating thing about being a Wests Tigers supporter is knowing it isn't the coach, it isn't the team (per se) it's the club management itself. WTF seems to be their motto, their defining direction and so WTF is what we get year after year

I have no information that management are too blame. I can't see how a CEO in Pascoe picks the team or recruits the players. Surely the board aren't doing this. It would be unbelievable ?

It's not that I care who is too blame. The issue is fixing it.

Is it lack of money as in Braith complaining about not getting Gatorade ?

I think Cleary was a disaster. Sheens sacking Madge is a disaster but how many top clubs would retain a first grade coach with his results ?

To me it's simple. Get a good squad, Get a good coach. You are going to win games. The question to me is why don't we have a good squad ?

I believe the CEO does recruit players. Remember when he met with The Jet just to check on his welfare? He had a contract 2 days later. He recruited Cleary and Madge.
