Why he felt the need to do that to himself is beyond comprehension....

So, So Bad....
It certainly explains why his music "Career" Wasn't much more than hanging around a few Musicians.... Filling in here and there.

Benjis appointment as an NRL coach without so much as coaching a kids 4th grade naughts and crosses squad for 20 seconds is both humiliating and a embarrassment.

No proper process followed, no checks and balances, no criteria, it’s unprofessional and wrong.

Let's sign one of the many "experienced" coaches that are available. Cronulla {flanagan, who is still under suspension], coaches from= Newcastle, Titans, St. George, Warriors, Parramatta, Canterbury are or will soon be available.

You know sfa about Benji's coaching ability. So park your vitriol for the next few years and see how he goes.

I get what your saying about bunji, but we apparently didn’t have many options. Look I know ciraldo has had the junior grades coaching, but that doesn’t always translate to success. Remember he had a great load of top quality juniors coming through making him look good.
There’s no reason bunji can’t excel with sheens guidance. It could work out better than ciraldo, only time will tell. I like his positivity, and are prepared to back him. Loves the club and is taking a financial loss to do this.
The decision has been made, it’s time to back them.

Benji walked out on tigers. Then tigers gave him a sencond chance after all the crap. He the dragged us through the media 2 more times when it was time to extend when he was obviously washed up. We were trying to develop the future and he was happy to tarnish the clubs already poor reputation to get his own way.

Forgive me but I can’t go all in on that.

Nothing personal against you either, that’s not me.

Madge had a lot of positivity at the start, Noddy, Ivan…it’s just not enough in the scheme of things.

I cannot agree or accept that we couldn’t find an experienced coach. We had a known 17 applications in 3 days (quote from Lee) and I suggest that It probably reached 25 easily.

And I would imagine that all and every single one of these applicants had extensive coaching experience at different levels.

But the Board, under siege and a barrage of criticism, drag in a club hero to placate the masses who unfortunately hasn’t coached a dog to sit.

So I respectfully disagree.

If you take all this seriously, I’m worried it’s going to do your head in. Take a step back and you’ll be safer from the disaster ready to unfold (again).

Buckle up for misery thanks to the incompetence of the clubs leadership.

Hopefully the NRL will threaten to take our licence away from us unless the board resigns.

Big difference between having a full year to prepare for 3 games as opposed to the drudgery and pressure of week on week on week.
Additionally, Billy had to look after rep level players who pretty much have their preps down pat. Benji is looking after guys who are striving to be consistent first graders.
Its a very poor analogy

Benjis coaching experience and known ability is absolute zero.

In fact, he’s been anti-coach in his career.

What more do you need to know?

Benjis appointment is dodgy mateship. That’s how he got the job. That’s fact and that’s evidence. That’s the truth, the club readily admits it.

So you park your pro-Benji fantasy that he’s going to contribute anything except further Benji-fest and self love.

My bet is that he could have spent more time as a roadie or drug alcohol steward. Manager of Magic Mushrooms

Trying to keep the lead singer of the “ flying muthaf$&kers” or whatever his dumb band was called sober enough to get through the first set and keep the bikies from trying to punch on with the band.

Couldn’t do a worse job than Lee as Chairperson.

You’re right - but it’s an analogy Sheens is rolling out continually to anyone whole listen….
It comes right after his - when I got here in 2003 spiel, or the well - in 2005 yadda yadda yadda…

The fact nothing has happened for anyone from this organisation since that time and that’s all they have to continually roll with - tells you about where it’s all at.

Denny was not a real member of Masters. He stood in very briefly in '72 after the band basically fell apart and that was it. His brother Colin was a key member though (& an early AC/DC drummer as someone else said)

I know , deep breathe , suck it up and repeat until you can’t .
it’s worked for me since I can remember, when your team sucks for so long , you can’t be described anything else but a sucker.
Even if I get to the chopper, I’ll be back.
