I was there March 2008 to December 2009.I was in Saigon 1997-2000, you ?
Ok, yes it was a “cultural experience”.I was there March 2008 to December 2009.
Certainly. It was a wild time. I’ve been back 7 times since. Some of the long term expats there are good people but loose AF. I look forward to catching up every year or so.Ok, yes it was a “cultural experience”.
That's the one mate.Is that the game both souths and tigers agreed not to show up for, because players had a dispute against the association.
And tigers stayed away, but Souths showed up, And Tigers were recorded as giving Souths a forfeit.
Do you remember if she had any teeth?Don't really know I was born jan 48 and he died in 1945 .My dad who was a real balmain diehard never told me much . I remember one day dad took me an 8 yr old kid to a balmain souffs game at Redfern oval and my dad was barracking loudly and a woman in red and green behind him was wracking him on the head with her umbrella .The crazy minor things you remember
Damn, I thought you were there on your frequent covert missions for the ASIO.Certainly. It was a wild time. I’ve been back 7 times since. Some of the long term expats there are good people but loose AF. I look forward to catching up every year or so.
I’ve done 2 business trips back but the last one was about 7 years ago. Even then, with all the progress, I thought I was in a different country.Certainly. It was a wild time. I’ve been back 7 times since. Some of the long term expats there are good people but loose AF. I look forward to catching up every year or so.
Rabbitoh bastards. We’ve never forgiven them for that. You can remove one of their premierships coz they didn’t deserve it !!!That's the one mate.
Yep I am signing off until Nov 1st. Enjoy everyone.Came in and saw 20 pages in a day and a half. I thought Sheens must have have got off his ass and signed someone but no, just more crap.
The marquee rooster's player's that sign for under market value are on the politis pay roll for years after retirement, minichello isn't complaining, can't compete with that setupWhy is it that the clubs that have the most superstars always seem to be the club most likely to land a superstar who's coming on the market .For example the roosters with teddy and their top 6 at $5.6 mill leaving less than that for the next 24 .They secure Brandon Smith and would also like to get Munster
I just don't get how the maths works ? Does all this all add up to the same cap which is about $10.3 mill in 2023 .
Dogs huge amount of signings for 2022 yet they land Kikau and probably more to come .
Sharks another one with a lot of signings
The odd thing is the original cap rorter the Storm years ago is one I trust more than most of them these days as Bellamy in last few years seems to have the extraordinary ability to take a lot of run of the mill players and turn them into stars . I think they have great ability to spot hidden talent but I think they just know who's got what it takes
They have the call I agree.no ,its on the players
Yes I agree the Nrl salary cap auditors probably don't even police 3rd party rorts while they are playingThe marquee rooster's player's that sign for under market value are on the politis pay roll for years after retirement, minichello isn't complaining, can't compete with that setup
why not,its just jobs 4 the boys, build an identity, cultureThe marquee rooster's player's that sign for under market value are on the politis pay roll for years after retirement, minichello isn't complaining, can't compete with that setup
i only replied to the last 2 sentences, sure Timmy will spruce the place up,show them were the door isThey have the call I agree.
Some of our crew, it doesn’t matter what the coach says, they struggle.
So they are incapable of following a game plan set etc. Be it physical and/or mental.
They can’t cope with game hardship, although a bit better under Noddy.
So the coach can make impact, but only in a measured way.
The solution is new players or enhancing existing players and in that respect, some are more promising than others.
I don’t think it’s just physical, too many smaller or less massive players playing amazing footy in the league.
