Clearly the buck stops with The chairman & the CEO. Sheens can’t be blamed, he has been here 5 mins . The most telling thing about the chairman’s character was the lack of fight regarding the Cowboy s debarcle. There was not one right decision in that last minute play & the clear facts were on our side. Yet the NRL was allowed to brush us aside like garbage & the powers of this club submitted . To answer your question both need to go.

Good point you make ,If they do accept and recognise the problem then great its just I read so many comments about all sorts of topics which don't mention the central problem . However if Tim and co are using this as a starting point good . Recruitment of some top tier players won't happen till this is fixed . So if you are right I'll happily sit back and wait till Oct Nov where I expect Tim to announce significant changes

I read the report on Tims statement which said
-the roosters loss was like a punch in the face
- we must stay the course
- we have some very exciting juniors coming thru
- the player loans will have them come back as much better footballers

NRL360 last night said tigers need to build from scratch like the dolphins

Yep, I don't think Noffa or GIldart are in next years plans. And going by what he said looks we will be waiting till November for any external signings. So along couple of months ahead before anything to get excited about.

Nofa is clearly better than any wingers we currently have, Naden is a centre and should play there
