Kitione Kautoga #261

Always the same posters pushing this guy. Like all the young guys, he has potential. Of all the young guys, he's the furtherest from handling 80 minutes.
He didn't play SG this year, he's 20.
I know nothing, seen him much bro?

Let hope this kid stays injury free and is potential is realised in NRL in the coming years.

Great to have a decent second row pairing something WT has lacked over the years,

WT really need a generation of youth, like Penrith to usher in a new phase of WT and hopefully the missing formula for success. The faithful fans really need it.

From my observation of watching RL/NRL over the years that it is a huge set up from the junior ranks to becoming a regular NRL player. The week in week out grind on one's body and mental state must be so hard.

Not many players even play 50 NRL games which shows how tough the sport really is.

Anybody who plays even one game of NRL has my upmost respect and would be a real achievement.

I think sometimes as "Keyboard Warriors" we forgot that everyone has their own story and journey associated with this great game.

I really want to see over the next 5 years a whole crop of juniors coming through the system and Benji coaching them to play a very attractive game with plenty of skill rather than 5 hit ups and a bomb. Boring.

Beauty mate.👍

Seen plenty. He's bloody good and in fairness to him, like all the young backrowers, they've had a rough trott with injury this year.
You could say he, Tumeth, O'Kane would all hope to get a consistent year of playing next year. I think all of those players are really good and they all bring a different style of play to the table.
Kit has the x factor, i could see him in the middle like the cows are doing with Luch, Tumeth has real physicality, he could do middle or edge, what he lacks in size he makes up for with grit and O'Kane is a real Ryan Hoffman style. I hope we keep them all. They are all genuine debut guys for next year.
Add Webster and Sakaru who both have had a wretched run of injury.
Matamua and Pole have done well this year, but early on Kit and O'Kane were at the same level as those 2 before injuries.
1st round flegg v raiders Kit was man of the match. It round flegg v top of the table roosters O'Kane was man of match.
Here's hoping next year is injury free for all of them.
Mate you are a LEGEND for going to that effort. Love the insight and by the sounds of it , we are expecting some exciting talent to come through, I like it. Thank you again.🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈

The best part is they all seem great mates. They've been playing together alot of them since Matt's.
Yeah I love hearing that. Harmony will always keep the team together, moneys not always important.
Mate my worst paying job was being a Truckee , but I was my most favourite. You are spot on.👍

Adam Hartigan said he was a very good prospect when he signed, but I did get the impression he was a long-term project, i.e. he was nowhere near ready for grade (this was about 2 years ago).

I see he's made his way onto the main page of the WT's site....
Hopefully that's a positive...

Tough decision for the club in terms of blooding him for first grade or keeping him in Flegg with a chance to win the comp. I have no problem either way.
He's got to learn how to be a good loser too, so WT NRL side it is then. 😉
