Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I’d be looking at trying to take both Su’a and Suli off the Dragons both on about 500k at least and will give them space to resign Hunt and their juniors.
Matt Feangi has his brother max also who plays centre. They’ve covered Suli’s loss pretty well. Bring him home this is where it all started for him.
And grab Paseka off Manly while your at it.
Suli has shown a really suspect attitude in the past. Su'a yes, no to Suli.

Agree ….. and the fact that our few experienced forwards we had on the field today we’re dominated.
And as in 99% of NRL games that spells defeat.
What dissapoints me if we had Jimmy Roberts we win instead he is playing nsw cup despite being our best centre every time he has played this year we bring in Pauga. Thats selection not injury
Joffa did himself not favours today
Yeah add some detail, let’s get our hopes and get crushed
Who is who

Suli was eating kfc for dinner everyday and sleeping in his car when he was at tigers

I think also failing to turn up to training most days

Care free attitude

Victor Radley interview on now , spoke about players in a team if you want to win the comp , You need a few hard players who are physical , Brutal , dominate , don’t care if you get smashed. Named JWH as the leader , says all he thinks about is recovery and smashing people for 80 minutes , doesn’t care
That paragraph needs to be on a wall in the COE as an example.

Cant do much about 2023 in November all the good players already signed for next year. There is a huge list of players that we could sign for 2024 in November. I find it hard to believe we haven't approached some players in last 3 months for next year before their deals were done but fear all they got was knock backs. Of course we can pick up players not wanted by their clubs next year .There is a handful of scraps but do we really want to
We actually don’t know if that’s happened or not but there are no rumours, at this stage. However, being the optimist I am , am hopeful that they may have recruited some players on the quiet, and waiting for season end to announce.
November 1 was more figuratively speaking because it signals the approx. start of pre season training.

I’d also have it enlarged and hung in the dressing room.
That’s also why I’d like to see TPJ partner Pap in 2nd row next year. He’s got a lot of mongrel in him, and we currently have none like that. Could be our JWH.

Also knows how to catch the ball, hold on to the ball on tackle 1, play the ball, stand behind the 10m line when the opposition drops out, read an opposition’s attacking play when defending …
Need I go on?

Victor might know the rules but can guarantee he gives away more penalties than most players. He is very lucky that his club under the rules of the salary cap can afford to assemble a squad we could only dream about.

I remember a interview with Wayne Bennett talking about his football philosophy having different skill sets in a team and body shapes to get diversity no one the same and giving the team a simple game plan so when under pressure and fatigue it just comes naturally and no over thinking in attack or defence and then the natural skill sets of each player comes into the game the natural attacker the hard head the speed and so on I wish the Tigers got him for the 3 years
